Muffin Tin Monday

Somehow Monday sneeks up on me and I forget until Tuesday how fun it is to do muffin tin lunches on MONDAY! But today we remembered on the right day to join in with the theme of "leftovers" at this blog. Today we had bagels, yogurt, applesauce, apples, grapes, pretzels, and cheese. They think eating lunch is a treat this way, and it's easy to personalize for different tastes too.

If you haven't tried using muffin tins for lunches, give it a whirl.
Your kiddos will LOVE {This Little Project}.

By the way, the IKEA cups fit perfectly inside :)
Have a yummy {Little Project}.

  3. When my kids were little I used this method to get them to eat some good-for-them foods. At 5:00, when it was time for Sesame Street, they would start to get hungry. I found that they would eat absolutely everything I put in the muffin tins while watching the TV! Cooked veggies, small bites of cold meat, fruit, some fun things, too, like pretzels and dry cereal. We called it a snack pack. They practically had their suppers eaten by then! It was great!
